How to have positional control over two wire linear actuator

hello everyone,
i working on solar tracker project. using arduino uno , linear actuator purpose. having problem in controlling linear actuator using uno. know how should interface actuator uno ? need use special driver board fo
r interfacing ?

the actuator used has 2 wires. how should have step control on actuator using uno ?
badly need on this.
