i noticed @ least in newest raspbian download, there "country=gb" directive in /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf. not updated after changed locale , timezone (but not keyboard because happen use gb keyboard) via raspi-config. shouldn't have been? not sure how wi-fi standards differ worldwide. fine, had no trouble connecting in nl. still changed manually sure.
