hello!
i doing project , got dead-end. ma trying regulate current passes between 2 cables, independent arduino. tried put both ends in transistor, being source of energy on collector , emitter on other cable. in base, put cable connected 1k-ohm resistor , arduino uno, on 5 five (pwm). whenever try run it, looks energy not pass through transistor.
any idea of can wrong?
thank you!

sorry, don't understand goal... you're tying regulate 2 currents through 2 cables? regulate what? how many amps or milliamps? what's load? are trying control/regulate current (amps) or voltage?
you independent arduino, controlled arduino's pwm. assume mean current/power doesn't come arduino?
it nice see schematic too, although need understand want circuit before can know why it's not working way expect to.
i don't know if @ all, here example of transistor driving solenoid power (current & voltage) separate (but not electrically isolated) arduino. if driving non-inductive load can leave out diode.
