Arduino Uno works in my Windows 8.1 tablet but can't get nano to be recognized

hi guys,

i can't arduino nano recognised win8.1 tablet.  when plug in uno went smoothly 1.6.3 ide nano clone or original not recognised.

i in device list:
unknown usb device(device descriptor request failed)

does have solution?

i stuff on mac didn't realize arduino don't work win8.1  got work win7 updating drivers manually process not work win8.1
