1.6.4: Command line usage

on windows 7 64 bit, while can compile , upload .ino files, unable via command line:

 

code: [select]

c:\home\projects\ap>c:\opt\arduino-1.6.4\arduino.exe --port com3 --upload c:\home\projects\ap\ap.ino

what right syntax compiling , uploading command line?

have tried '--help' usage instructions?  that works on many command line programs.
