wasn't sure if should post here or in cases section?
anyway, finished retrostation project last night
case started life faulty playstation 2 bought on ebay £5 quid. stripped out inside ps2 , work began!
fitted blue led strip inside (which camera phone shows purple reason). mounted new microusb power socket on , new hdmi socket too, there 2 cables plug in, 1 power , 1 video.
controls standard arcade controls , used i-pac2 mounted in upper section connects raspberry pi 3 mounted in lower section.
end result portable mame arcade machine
i've detailed build, along loads of photos along way, on blog (are allowed post links here? mods, please remove if not). i've broken build down in sections it's quite photo-heavy:

must huge thank has worked on retropie, without work, doing stuff , allowing me relive childhood games wouldn't possible
