Best way to center Table Cells?

i have table ton of cells each containing text; many centered, many aligned right, etc. when applying alignment i've been using both type > alignment , inspector cell alignment. should using both; or if use 1 best use?

i use css not able in case.

it not css, i'd use cell alignment in inspector, since type alignment wrap contents in div, may add unpredictable margins or padding, , cause inconsistencies later.
