hello! have arduino uno , want know if possible use library or function obtain current date , time without other hardware. also, if there way it, work reduino core? thank in advance!

no idea reduino core is.
not sure how use timers millis etc run , serial print date , time on pc or have add lcd display.
but timers overflow , reset after time.
