CS4 Install - "Unable to Install Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Continue?"

during install (as far can tell, else appears install no issues) consistantly message telling me photoshop cs4 , illustrator cs4 unable installed, proceeds install else.

i installing administrator onto vista 32bit sp1 machine / intel quad-core 2.4ghz , 4 gb ram.

there no errors showing in event viewer during course of error.

any suggestions?

call tech support (on monday). installation issues current releases handled @ no charge.
