unable to uninstall photoshop cs

i tried uninstall photoshop cs under add or remove program.. got error 5001. states:

"setup has experienced error.

please following:
- close running programs
- empty temporary folder
- check internet connection (internet-bases setups)

then try run setup again.

error code: -5001"

how solve t.t?

use microsoft installer cleanup tool
