i have constructed circuit buzzes piezo buzzer @ different tones according distance. plan implement on car's bumper.
the problem is, want turn on when shift reverse.
i can connect switch 5v battery pack , circuit , turn on , off manually turn on when shift reverse gear. plan use voltage reverse light indicator on circuit made.
that said, have put protection fuse light 12v microcontroller ?

the intended usage 'indoors'.
and powering arduino board car voltage leads different problems.
