quite puzzling issue cant upload my code

ok here how story goes,i bought arduino mega r3 clone vendor nearby bought flashed led blinking program well!!

now,as require watchdog timer in project previous bootloader had bug board never come out of watchdog reset ,so using usb isp blanked chip , flashed stk500boot_v2_mega2560 done led @ pin 13 blinking !!

next step when tried upload code using arduino ide  stk500v2_receivemessage(): timeout, stk500v2_getsync(): timeout communicating programmer.thing note rx,tx on atmega 16u2 doesnt blink ,no serial data coming out whhhhat before ok have not touched atmega 16u2

so time debug:
1]bootloader corrupt
solution: flashed bootloader again same thing
2]under device manager  arduino mega listed same com port in arduino ide com1
3]so culprit guess must atmega 16u2
soultion:i tried program using usb isp interfacing icsp near usb socket gives me chip enable error
i have 1 arduino mega same bootloader loaded using since 1 year no issues

guys suggestion might wrong frustrated wtih issue

one update guys on arduino mega thats working fine 1 have used 1 year ,i can read  signature of atmega 16u2  atmega 16u2 of new board got damage dont know why
