Frame7: How to 'snug' an anchored frame to an image (make it the exact same size)?

i remember there's key combination (at least think remember that), have no idea is.

i insert anchored frame in doc.
i select frame , import object (a visio drawing).

i want frame same size drawing - right i'm using grab bars , resizing frame, that's not totally accurate.

help?

it's shortcut equations palette, warned: slip of finger away 3 "add equation" commands. , they're stubborn little critters. in case, user guide assures delete equation it's question of ctrl+click equation (option+click macs), press delete
