i have raspberry pi 2 model b running raspbian wheezy. trying use usb_modeswitch find out defaultproduct , targetproduct numbers vodafone k4203 3g modem.
have usb_modeswitch installed , have attempted find out defaultproduct , targetproduct numbers using both hot plugging , cold plugging of usb modem. however, both methods, typing lsusb in terminal window returns: both instances of lsusb.
know if there there manual way of using usb_modeswitch?
or not simple , there in fact else preventing usb_modeswitch working?

take id above , see if in usb-modeswitch.conf. had enter id of k4605 vodafone modem, working usb-modeswitch.
