i encountering hang in koala serious cannot report bug. every time enter launchpad report bug system hangs! furthermore since system hung cannot collect information necessary report bug.
since mouse still controls cursor, suspect actual hang superficial. of processes still running , operating normally, cannot them because window manager not deliver events them. mouse moves cursor, cannot click on icons. keyboard events not delivered. intensely frustrating. forced post message vista!
