hi!
last week installed karmic on hp pavilion ze2000 (intel celeron m 1.30 ghz, 480 mb ram). every thing worked out fine, there minor problems remaining.
important gnome system monitor. cannot start anymore.

karmic epic fail... had no problems on 8.10 or 9.04...gnome-system-monitor

i've more problems karmic after upgrade..
that's suckz i've no time now.. when have, i'll remove ubuntu , install better more usable linux or osx86.. it's sad, cuz happy ubuntu user years..

removing global menu panel applet nor changing theme doesn't help..
edit: disabling , removing global menu helps..
firefox segmentation fault problem: remove tray addon (plugin, allows minimalizeff "tray") -go /home/username/.mozilla/*.default/extensions, manually search , remove whole {*} directory...
wohoo! taken me time figure out why ff crashing ))
