diagnostic.php 'errors' immediately after install - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

first off - after install , before else, ran diagnostics.php

i have received these error messages.

warning /globals.php                                                file corrupted or has been altered          read more
security /includes/cache/lite.php                                file not contain _valid_mos.          read more
security /includes/domit/xml_domit_rss_shared.php        file not contain _valid_mos.          read more
security /includes/phpmailer/class.phpmailer.php            file not contain _valid_mos.          read more

unfortunately 'read more' return 404 page not found - im not sure do.

i have installed site using "fantastico". on subdomain of main hosted site doesnt have joomla install.

(the subdomain has own url using addon feature cpanel. ie www.relevantsubdomain.mainhostedsite.net = www.newinstall.com) install on wwwnewinstall.com (if aware of addon feature)

what above statements mean?
and before else, , what, if can done rectify problem?

these particulalr messages expected....  globals.php should have been altered turn off rg_emulation , last 3 pages known about.. nothing concerned with....   

if still concerned, try "joomla! tools suite", jts includes modified diagnostic.php correct message links, amongst other tools.
