Creative suite thinks photoshop is already installed

i bought creative suite design standard, student edition mac. before had trial of photoshop deleted after trial period expired. when try install creative suite, says photoshop installed , won't install it.

i though might download trial, internet have won't allow me download big files.

any fix appreciated.

i have same problem flash! had trial version thought had totally deleted. can't find else delete or uninstall, new creative suite 3 web premium won't let me install or reinstall flash.
