i have new logitech mouse (and ubuntu 9.10) , mouse has these side buttons. keep unintentionally hitting left-side button triggers action, erasing web-form in process of entering (e.g. posting!).
how can disable side buttons?
i've tried googling issue , find references editing one's xorg.conf. possible in ubuntu 9.10? thought automatic now. i'm hoping there still manual settings, or maybe there's hidden gnome configuration.
thank suggestions!
system > preferences > keyboard shortcuts.
can find them there?
btw xorg.conf still works, no longer required
