Surface Pro 3 and Arduino Leonardo

so have surface pro 3, running windows 8.1, ive gone through disabling of trusted driver support other thread on topic has stated, still wont recognize driver.  has gotten leonardo working on surface pro 3?  board inside matter , form 3d scanner...

i having similar issue uno. surface pro 3 not seem recognize device @ all. called microsoft , advised use external power device did nothing help. answers question. send uno , try other platforms.
