On Screen Keyboard for Touchscreen - Raspberry Pi Forums

ok have touchscreen working great, i'm looking implement on screen keyboard.

i've looked @ 'matchbox-keyboard' , seems work ok, after added ~/.config/lxpanel/lxde-pi/panels/panel

code: select all

    button {       id=/usr/share/applications/inputmethods/matchbox-keyboard.desktop     }

can see keyboard shortcut on top tool bar. page lead me said tapping button once open , tapping again close it. doesn't work me, if tap again opens instance of keyboard. i'm wondering if there thing else need make work required.

interested see if else has suggestions on alternative keyboard. i'm not bothered number pad or anything, want decent input device.
