how add questioner in website??? or if there module download inorder add questioner 
there few components, search extensions directory @ extensions.joomla.org "survey", or can @ forms section , write out questionnaire using form software. i've done both.
right believe best out there ijoomla survey, it's expensive. there few free form building extensions, , work take little time set up.
