super new whole world. working on ghostbuster proton pack son heavy on different types of lights , sounds. wanted pitch idea , see if plausible... can work on how little later. want flip switch turns on of main components immediately, these include:

led chaser sequence run board
4 led chaser sequence
lcd bar graph display
various individual lights

want push button controls sounds , set of lights. running b+ , downloaded/installed software today.

there better way (system) this?

if want flip switch , instantly have leds working microcontroller (such arduino) better suited single board computer (such pi) because sbc needs time start before run programs.
