Weblink question - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i did ask yesterday told extension told and read joomla has weblink available already.
can see component , can add weblinks....what cannot see how add button enable resgitered users submit weblink...could take minute explain?

if display user menu registered users, there should button there. check haven't unpublished option via menu manager. or maybe need piblish user menu module.
