Moving from Arduino Mega 2560 to PCDuino3

i student working on project utilizes arduino mega 2560, looking replace arduino pcduino3. having bit of difficulty matching pins replacement given arduino has pins , pin maps cannot tell pins equivalent between 2 boards. on how match these pins immensely appreciated.
