constant crashes

whenver attempt install digital editions, computer crashes. running ie7 on windows xp. there other users have similar experience, , if so, how did resolve problem?

a new build has been posted should fix crash. use it, please go control panel -> add or remove programs , remove digital editions. go

and button should install digital editions. go ahead , that, agreeing prompts come. should install , launch de without problems. please let know worked you.
