back to basics ( avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding )

boy been while since i've played arduino , i'm stuck.
i'm getting error , can mac talk board.

i'm running roboduino.
at min set ( arduino duemilanove, atmega328 on /dev/tty.usbserial-a5002kzu )

please help, sorry basics me
