i have static content page http://glamdring/pcea/geelong.html (using joomsef seo) , make http://glamdring/pcea/geelong link it. can this?

note: reason urls strange because still locally testing, , have yet move onto server. eg) http://glamdring/pcea/geelong.html come http://www.pcea.org.au/geelong
