The better laser diode

hi , i've read few topics these laser diodes topics other stuff (the color or diode vs co2) i'm going buy diode easier work , i'm wondering if wattage matters more wavelength or vice versa .
for example 300 mw 80nm better or 500 mw 808 nm .
i think 80 nm nuv , near ultra violet , , 808 nm nir , near infra red .
i've heard less wavelength (higher frequency) better while higher wattage better these 2 options (808 nm  500mw  and  80nm 300mw) hard choose .
any ideas ?

it depends entirely on intend use for.  whatever careful.  these powerful devices and, though light produce invisible, can severely damage eyes.
