Removal of Anchor Frames

i have doubt, there possible remove anchor frames @ stitch without affecting data. example article contains 6 tables, tables inside anchor frame, there possible remove frames @ moment without affecting table contents.

please let me know if there solution issue.

if remove anchored frame, delete of content within anchored frame.
