Nikon D80 images should be bigger than D70??

i expected raw give me choice of larger image sizes new d80 compared d70 images. although properties correctly lists 10meg of d80 c/w 6 of d70, when comes choosing size of image open images either in raw, both minimum (1540x1024) , max (6144x4085) sizes offers same both cameras, each creating 71.8 meg file size , no discernible difference in quality. missing here? expected increase in size/quality.... using cs2 updated , 3.7 raw.

you comparing maximum upsample size offered camera raw plug-in. quite meaningless number. number matters native size.
