Upload component - Failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

dear members,
after moved site new host everything's seems perfect except got error when try install component

upload component - upload failed
error: not find xml setup file in package.

upload component - failed
installation file not found:
/home50c/sub004/sc34118-tgms/www/media/install_4612a004232fe/
[ continue ...

i got same error when try install something...(component modules plugin)

what can do?

pls help!
