want use total of 5 stepper motors develop commercial product using raspberry pi3, motor controllers, drivers, , steppers. none of steppers run @ exact same time. 2 of steppers strictly rotation, , other 3 linear actuation. interface hmi, , sequence of steppers based on user input. of steppers run slowly. no need speed. turn in both directions based on user inputs. 1 of steppers high torque (1841 oz.in) nema 34 running @ 5 amps (14 lbs ). other steppers nema 23 running @ 2.8 amps. can proface lt , couple of i/o remotes. using pi challenge... 1 want overcome. hope able share successes , failures design mechanical , automation product. of project mechanical... automation sets apart existing products on market.
