Bridge crashing

this has happened before me, and, it's frustrating. can't use bridge. message "adobe bridge has stopped working." event viewer shows crashed, but, message bunch of hex codes mean nothing me. last time happened, literally had uninstall cs3 , re-install it, believe twice!
