Joomla/vB Integration - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i apologize if has been mentioned went 6 or 7 pages in forum 2006 , saw nothing.

i'm sure of use vb less satisfied options available vb users wishing integrate or bridge vb joomla. can comb site , vb site , see tons of posts bridging , not shed positive light on subject. there workarounds such elearning force , bbpixel neither provide functional solution i've read date (and i've read lot).

i think great if joomla devs approach topic , give concrete input whether or not solution can found marry vb/joomla db's (or @ least have them query each other properly) whereby joomla user vb user , vice versa.

so actual question this, there plans make working bridge vb/joomla in future releases or there reason joomla has not appeared consider rather popular community need?

a request joomla! -- vb integration ?  join masses !  wouldn't want integrate best forum software , best cms out there ? 

sadly tough thing accomplish.  many have tried , failed, including uber joomla!er predator.

bbpixel best solution far, requires vbulletin core file modifications.

it hope joomla! gets better @ working other programs in version 1.5.  i've heard "better integration other apps" occur in 1.5, whenever released, timetable unestablished.
