Thread: I installed a GNOME Panel applet-how do I activate it?

i installed kkoala hour ago. first thing noticed favourite gnome applet - network monitor, missing "add panel" list. used synaptic package manager install applet. after installation complete applet hasn't appeared in list. how activate applet now?

did try going terminal , typing...
