Joomla, cells overlapping - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i having issue on joomla site. have noticed on parts of site.  of cells overlap other areas of site , screw layout.  why , how can fix it.  problems exist when viewing in firefox not ie , vice versa.  when post new content, screws entire front page. 

i new joomla , trying work out these bugs.  not sure begin.
