Can't access Install Module link on Admin CP! - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i want install module relates cb, , go installers->modules.  this:

i did delete entire installation folder upon installing version of joomla (the stable version sunfire 1.0.12)

any ideas?  i'm not sure happened, nor know install file in order access page get.  didn't delete else joomla except installation folder required deleted.

i missing modules.php file in com_installer folder

just uploaded , worked.
