this silly question.
i've got powered garage door - roller type. control box similar this...linkcontrols ae0900 pdf.
i don't have manual switch connected connectors on bottom left of board. want add reed switches detect if door's open, add timed automatic close, , add override if don't want close automatically.
so, before putting board in there... know if need put power connectors make them work, or more short between switched connector , "com" connector?
i didn't want accidentally electrocute myself without asking first.

no power needed, connect between com , required switch(s) (open, close, stop, photo).
note photo/stop switches closed, press open , open/close switches open, press close.
not sure photocell used , stop switch factory linked common.
