Site loading too slow.. Please help ! - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hey ! using godaddy hosting , have smf in website too. have installed smf , joomla database together.

i experience site loading slow smf installed in it. have opensef , have tried disabled it, still same.

i have no idea why site loading slow. website http://www.masocbham.co.uk.

i have done repair/optimization in phpmyadmin database , still same.

i have no problem running on admin backend.. seems quite fast load that. frontend.

is forum bridged? sef component using? - urls don't ones produced opensef. if forum bridged bridge use? joomlahacks or orstio's?
