Extension to automatically populate site with section/category/content? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello, i've searched around forums here haven't found answer. apologize if should asking somewhere else!

basically i'm looking extension can automate process of adding content , sections/categories affected content. example, have article publish chihuahuas, need add "animals" section , "dogs" category @ same time. can tedious if site contains lot of content , sections/categories.

is there existing extension/plug-in can aid process? ideally simple form fill in...
