CHANGING ARDUINO UNO'S ADC PRESCALER

hi guys! i'm new in forum , need help.  i've read can change adc's prescaler can higher sampling speed analogread. im kinda new microcontroller programing wondering if guys guide/help me  in process of changing said prescaler.
