Arduino mini Pro & ADC

i pretty new here please patience me

i want make high accuracy ohm-meter using arduino mini pro , 16 bit adc, maybe 24 bit.

i want have 2 channel ohm-meter, i'll need 2 channel adc.

cand please recommend me adc specifications?
