Unsubscribe from "FRS File Modified:" Sourceforge emails - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi guys etc.

i subscribed receive info component on joomla sourceforge want discontinue receiving updates from. can't find unsubscribe!
the component/extension performs, receiving emails "joomla! sourceforge administrator [no_reply_forge@joomla.org]"
can please point me in right direction?
much appreciated...
oh , way if emails had link in them how change subscription details.

looks it's fron old forge - which, despite lack of use, still slow.

to check monitoring , ubsubscribe monitoring:

• go http://forge.joomla.org/ , login
• if not taken page/my workspace, click link on top menu
• click monitoring on big bar thing below top menu
• select checkbox next monitored items no longer wish monitor , click stop monitoring
