Refresh from index to home page not working

i dont know *what* heck did, meta tag rolling index page (that contains welcome graphic) home page no longer works. fine morning, somewhere along way, hosed up. heres how reads:



as best can tell, how written before tinkered tags above it. cant find hiccups in them, so.... stuck.

please advise, folks. until fixed, visitors have manually click on skip intro link on index page.

okay...the forum removed meta tag. ill try again:

meta http-equiv=refresh content=4.5;url=http://www.alwaysupward.com/home.html

there < @ start, , > @ end in real version.
