Alcohol type sensor

hi forum,

i new arduino have project interested in building , few pointers.

i create project able determine type of alcohol in drink. example,  have glass of cola,  , add whiskey,  have sensor detects there whiskey,  , display result. same thing if rum added instead of whiskey.

my problem find sensor able this,  there sensor can 'teach' identify alcohol type (spectrometer or along lines?)

i need sense small,  or probe can dipped glass.

to measure alcohol in air, breath analyzer, possible make arduino.

to determine type of drink, need laboratory mass spectrometer ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/mass_spectrometry ) or gas chromatograph ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/gas_chromatography ). need experienced people know how use them , how interpret results.

what budget ? few million dollars set own lab ?
