Parameter glitch?? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i have few content item pages insist on showing author name , words 'about author' @ end of content.  cannot remove them.  i've switched author parameters off in each affected content item page, , switched off relevant parameters on global config - glitch?

sounds have installed ijoomla magazine component. parameters come component.
