when click 1 of rss icons display when syndicate published, error..

previously getting error on line 680, not sure did changed line number error occurs on. ideas why happens? change made on site, though cannot sure whether worked before change either, never thought test it, got report of error , confirmed it, moved site sub-directory root. rest of site appears working fine, syndicate broken, , while not end of world, don't thing broken. i've un-published moment, determine why or how broken or fix it?
