Links to section/category in item - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello !

i read lot of "how to's", searched forum different ways, , tried many things still can't find way need.

i building , interactive arts , poetry site.
4 sections : poetry, prose, painting, photography
50+ categories : poets, painters, etc.
100's items
(i running site off blog right now)

so poetry ---- toto ---- poems
              ---- coco ---- poems
    photo ---- toto ---- photos
            --- zozo ---- photos    etc.
very simple stucture, work needs.

i want each user (toto, coco, etc.) have profile card (section profile, category card, item 1 card each user), "calling card" style photo, personal info, etc.
i put @ bottom links each person's poems, photos, etc. bring list of them.

two questions
1) there extension has type of "calling card" ready use ?
2) important question : how create links ?

i had been searching answer question 10 days, , found way morning !

i wanted able put link specific categories @ bottom of item "calling card", there no url addresses categories.

on other hand, there url addresses menus.  in poetry menu (table content category), assigned submenu each category.  don't have publish these submenus obtain viable url address, can add link on item page.

it simple that. maybe else.
