i looking solution serial number issue having adobe acrobat pro. of other programs within suite open fine, when open adobe acrobat pro asks serial number. when type in serial number, given red "x".
i have called customer support, haven't been able give me information resolve issue (uninstalled 4 times now). have vista , have looked online , on adobe website find solution. looks others having same issue can tell while searching. have run script , reinstalled, still nothing.

call adobe technical support again , ask supervisor. shouldn't brush off that. should escalating problem until can assist you.
